Man verschickte das Tape ergo an diverse Plattenfirmen, erhielt im weiteren Gang der Geschichte fast schon selbstverständlich nur Absagen, und zwang sich schließlich so mit viel Wut im Bauch, die Dinge selber voran zu treiben. Heute und ganze 50 Katalog-Nummern weiter braucht sich kein Mensch mehr Sorgen zu machen, ob Delsin seine verdiente Aufmerksamkeit zu Recht erhält oder nicht. Weltweite Anerkennung sowie das Label eigene Artist-Roster und ebenso die Wertigkeit seiner zurückgelegten Produktionen sprichen eine mehr als eindeutige Sprache in Richtung geschmackssicherer Verbindlichkeit an "state of the art" IDM Outlets, die auch auf dieser Kompilation mit zwölf, bisher unveröffentlichten Tracks zum Kernthema, eine klare und präzise Aussage treffen: Outer Space Techno nicht nur für Fans, sondern eher für all jene Wagemutigen, die offen im Geist und in der Annahme sind, das elektronische Musik auch in 2005 immer noch den Glauben an Zukunft und Innovation auch in entsprechende Soundfiles umzusetzen vermag. This same tape didn`t get any positive reply from record labels being sent to. So it was about time to start one. In it`s almost ten years of existence Delsin Records has been praised for carrying on and further exploring the Detroit (Techno) sound. Not the Techno on it`s own, but better said all moods and feelings caught into the rich Detroit Techno Sound. Delsin is "everything they call Post-Detroit". A label which keeps the original spirit of creativity and freedom alive.   The rich label catalogue shows the many directions explored. From the more electronica things by CiM and Lucky & Easy, to the house directions by Newworldaquarium, Aroy Dee and DJ Yoav B. Yotolo, Sandor Caron and Aardvarck went more up to the jazzy breaks side, while D5 and Keith Tucker´s Optic Nerve alias and others more stay close to the original sound. Over the years Delsin introduced many new artists to the world, and gave a place to artists like Future Beat Alliance and Aardvarck to release their debut albums. Releases by the label were picked by deejays from Gilles Peterson, Laurent Garnier and Dego to Ben Sims, Carl Craig and Dave Clarke. His `Altered Perceptions` and `Breaking Cycles` EPs caused quit some stir around the underground, a track was included on Carl Craig`s Work Out compilation. New release on Amsterdam`s Rush Hour label is coming up. VINCE WATSON is actively producing over the last ten years. Earlier this year he released his widely praised album `Sublimina` through UK`s Headspace label, has releases coming up on Derrick May`s Transmat- and Laurant Garnier`s F Com label, next to a new album on his own Bio Music label. Delsin will be releasing an EP and an album somewhere late 2006. STARFIGHTERZ is an undercover project by Sam Geiser, best known for his techno releases as Deetron (on Belgium`s Music Man label) and his broken beat / nu jazz as Procreation (on German`s Compost label). Earlier he did an EP as Starfighterz for Delsin. An album as Deetron on Music Man is coming up. SPEAKWAVE  is a new project by the man known as Dynarec. As Dynarec he debuted back in 2003 with an EP on Delsin Records, on which he also released his well received debut album `User Input` two years ago. As Dynarec, he has new material coming up on his own Vaporwave-label, on Delsin and an album through Italy`s Nature label. Releases as Speakwave will also appear shortly on Delsin, as well on UK`s Digital Sound label. SHED is a talented young producer from Berlin. Out of nowhere he arrived with hot records on his own Soloaction label, widely praised as carrying on the Detroit Techno sound, with his very own twist. He released five records on his own label, and as well being responsible for the last Delsin release. A new Delsin EP releases is coming up. $TINKWORX is co-owner of the USA based Down Low imprint. His first 7" releases on Down Low with it`s Italdisco flavour, were immediately picked and being re-released by both Rush Hour and Mo Wax. Released three EP`s on Delsin so far, next to the compilation CD of his finest works until now. New release on UK`s New Religion should see daylight any day. D5, formely known as Dimension 5. He released his debut single and album `Alien Artform` in 2002 on Delsin Records. Releasing the best in chilled out techno in good Detroit tradition. Did more releases afterwards on UK`s Digital Sound label, as well on Delsin. His last single was licensed for a mix cd by Funk D`Void on Sven Vath`s Cocoon label. AROY DEE´s debut track came out on the very first Delsin compilation album `Going Thru Life` in 2001. Released records on Amsterdam`s Rush Hour label, Delsin Records and NWAQ-recordings afterwards. Together with Peel Seamus he set up his own M>O>S Recordings label, which released four releases thus far. Part of the multimedia collective M>O>S. NUBIAN MINDZ, in real life known as Colin Lindo. He originally started out as drum `n bass producer for 4 Hero`s London based Reinforced label. As Nubian Mindz, he`s producing his more broken beat and techno oriented productions. Did releases on the label 2000 Black and Archive, including his `New World Chaos` album. New releases on Delsin coming up. PEEL SEAMUS is the owner and founder of Delsin Records. He started the Delsin label back in 1996, since no other label showed interest in his music. As Peel Seamus, he released five EPs on the Delsin label. Last single was released under the artist name Hal Varian on UK`s New Religion label. New EPs about to arrive on his own Delsin label soon. DJ YOAV B. is a young talented producer from Tel Aviv, Israel. He released his debut EP on Delsin, after earlier doing a remix on Aaron Carl`s Wallshaker Music and habing a track included on an EP for the Teknotika label. Together with Peel Seamus, he set up his Wabi Sabi Recordings label, with two releases so far. A new release on Delsin to come this autumn. NEWWORLDAQUARIUM, being active over more then ten years, released on labels as Eevo Lute, 100% Pure, M>O>S and Peacefrog. His first releases as Newworldaquarium were released back in 2000 on the Delsin label, the label which also released his debut album as 154 last year. Set up his own NWAQ imprint somewhere in 2002.
